We read what you sent
Surface, size, town and symptoms. If something in that tells us this is not a job we should take, we will say so straight away rather than book a visit.

We arrange the assessment
We come out, measure the area, take a moisture reading on concrete work, and look at the condition properly. No charge for the visit.

You get it in writing
The system, the preparation itemised, the colour or layout, the cure schedule and the price. Nothing gets scheduled until you have that in hand.
