What happens next

    We read what you sent

    Surface, size, town and symptoms. If something in that tells us this is not a job we should take, we will say so straight away rather than book a visit.

    We arrange the assessment

    We come out, measure the area, take a moisture reading on concrete work, and look at the condition properly. No charge for the visit.

  3. 03

    You get it in writing

    The system, the preparation itemised, the colour or layout, the cure schedule and the price. Nothing gets scheduled until you have that in hand.

Where we work

We work Greater Victoria and the South Island only. If you are outside that list, say where you are in the form and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can reach.
